1. Service Description

Brinko AI provides AI-assisted call answering, dispatch workflow automation, technician notifications, and service request routing for service businesses.

2. Business Account Responsibility

Customer companies are responsible for:

• Providing accurate technician names, phone numbers, schedules, service zones, services, and availability information.
• Having the authority and necessary consent to provide technician contact information and enable operational communications.
• Maintaining accurate account and service configuration information.

3. Technician Notifications

Technicians may receive operational SMS messages containing service request links. Messages may include links or instructions to accept, decline, update, or complete jobs. Message frequency varies based on job activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out may prevent delivery of future SMS dispatch alerts.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes. The service may not be used for spam, unauthorized marketing campaigns, or emergency services unless that use has been explicitly configured and approved.

5. No Guarantee

Brinko AI helps route and manage service requests but does not guarantee technician availability, response time, job acceptance, job completion, or service outcome. Customer businesses remain responsible for field operations, technician management, safety, and service delivery.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on Telnyx, OpenAI, Supabase, hosting providers, telecommunications carriers, and other service providers. Availability and performance may depend on those third-party services.

7. Fees and Billing

Fees are governed by the applicable service order, subscription, proposal, or agreement. Carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brinko AI and Villa Oculta LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the service.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
