- Technician names and phone numbers provided by an employer or service company.

- Job status, technician offers, acceptance or decline activity, completion status, and operational logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Answer and route service calls.
- Create and manage service requests.
- Notify available technicians by SMS or other enabled channels.
- Allow technicians to accept, decline, update, or complete jobs.
- Send operational updates related to service requests.
- Maintain security, reliability, audit logs, and customer support.
3. SMS Communications
Brinko AI sends operational dispatch alerts to technicians when a service request is created or updated. Message frequency varies based on job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Technicians can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
SMS is not used for marketing unless that use is explicitly stated and separately consented to. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share operational information with the relevant service business, assigned technicians, communications providers such as Telnyx, infrastructure providers, professional advisers, and government or legal authorities when required by law. We use service providers only as necessary to operate, secure, and support the service.
5. Data Retention
We retain operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve reliability.
